ARRIVAL TIME POLICY

The appointment times listed are your 'hands on' time.  All sessions will start and end on time. Please plan your schedule to account for an early arrival to insure you receive the full 'hands on' time. Extending the session past the scheduled end time to account for a late arrival is not permissible.  

                                                               

  • Cancel / change your appointment with at least 24 hours notice: no problem, no charge.

  • Cancel / change within 24 hours of your appointment for any reason: $35 cancellation fee, or 50% of the full session rate, whichever is greater. Within 4 hours of your appointment is considered a 'No Show'.

  • No show, no notice: if you simply do not show up for any reason, with no notice, you will be  charged for the session with your card on file and / or will be required to prepay future sessions

CANCELLATION POLICY

                                                       

  • Expires 4 months from date of purchase. However, the value never expires. You may use the value of any expired discount session towards the purchase of a session at the retail price. Essentially, the value of any unused discount session becomes a "coupon" after the expiration  date.

  •  Sharing or gifting of sessions is not permitted.

  • You may upgrade any 60 minute session to 90 minutes or to an Upper Body Deep Tissue for an additional  $25
