ARRIVAL TIME POLICY
The appointment times listed are your 'hands on' time. All sessions will start and end on time. Please plan your schedule to account for an early arrival to insure you receive the full 'hands on' time. Extending the session past the scheduled end time to account for a late arrival is not permissible.
Early arrival provides for the intake process. It is the most important part of every massage session. This is when we discuss how the session will go. Areas of focus, areas to avoid. A late arrival will not negate this crucial step.
FIRST TIME CLIENTS Plan to arrive 20 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time
CURRENT CLIENTS Plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time

Cancel or Change your appointment with at least 24 hours notice:
no problem, no charge.

Cancel or Change within 24 hours of your appointment for any reason: $35 cancellation fee, or 50% of the full session rate, whichever is greater. Within 4 hours of your appointment is considered a 'No Show'.

No show, No Notice: if you simply do not show up for any reason, with no notice, you will be charged for the session with your card on file
and/or will be required to prepay future sessions
